Had the chance to listen to the self-described “hardest working band in Corvallis” yesterday while waiting for the awards to be announced for the 30th annual Fall Festival Run. Gumbo is made up of Joe Casprowiak, Sid Beam and David Fournier and you can find them playing near constant gigs around town. Their tune “Happy Feet” was enough to bring people to their feet for a little dance, even after running the race.
