Tonight, I’m looking forward to seeing the Vilnius String Quartet who will be playing pieces by Schubert, Brahms and Balakauskas. In case you didn’t notice, the name of that Lithuanian composer and of the Lithuanian cellist who I interviewed, Augustinas Vasiliauskas, are quite similar to my own last name.
